VDT Update (Alain)

• VDT 1.9.1 release candidate for the 1.10.0 release
• major changes:
  • condor-devel replaced with condor-cron which will always be used for RSV
  • certificates always installed using ca cert updater
• More notes on vdt web
• 1.10.0 release on monday
• new command called ca-cert-status in vdt/bin directory that will give information on when certs have been updated and results of last update

Configure-osg (Suchandra)

• configure-osg replacement will be in the vtb cache by EOB tomorrow
• If there aren't major problems will look at replacing existing script with new script

RSV updates (Arvind)

• New storage probes:
  • srm-ping test
  • srm-read-write test (protocol version can be specified)
  • will be documented next week
• request for testing
• Neha didn't find any problems in her testing
• Feedback will be appreciated
• RSV nagios connector provided and but turned off

VTB testing Update (Admins)

• UC -- will do an update today/tomorrow
• Jeff Porter did install -- no show stoppers found
  • Messages about selinux now in log file
  • Warning will be on screen but go away after a time delay
  • SELinux may cause problems

• Arvind testing rsv from vtb cache
• Tanya asks anyone installing vtb or itb installs to check the cemon reporting and contact the cemon team if anything is wrong

ITB Readiness (Suchandra)

• SE
  • BNL dcache
  • UC dcache
  • OU ITB will have bestman SE
  • LBL will have bestman
• Britta will lead VO testing
• VO testing may take a few weeks (about 4 weeks)

ITB Installfest (Suchandra)
