GIP testing (Brian Bockelman)

ITB schedule

• OSG 1.0 release date set for May 1
• ITB release scheduled for Mar 24
• Will have 5 weeks for testing

CEMon (Tanya)

• Tanya just tested CEMon from VDT 1.9.0 and things appear to be fine
• New modules for dcache and storage will generate more classads for sites with SE
• Message about connection refused by consumer and grid timer in logs should be ignored
• Talking to developers to correct this

Interoperability (Burt)

• Determined that there is no way to submit ws-gram jobs from egee
• No timeframe for ws-gram support
• Will be engaged in activity so that when egee supports ws-gram this will work in osg
• Issue will be revisted when OSG is ready to support osg
• Burt is eyeing the possibility of leveraging fermigrid's efforts to get interoperability with teragrid
• Going forward:
  • Will want full chain of testing during ITB testing
  • Limited testing of SE although there is limited guidance from EGEE on this
  • Staying current with EGEE
  • Looking at GT2 vs. GT4 advertising

VDT Update (Alain)

• CEMon in VDT
• Gratia and GIP not currently in VDT, new GIP should go in this afternoon

AOB

• Will try to get VOs ready earlier for testing to accelerate ITB testing cycle
